If due to extreme ill health which prevents attendance to the surgery, a home visit can be requested.
Please give the receptionist a brief description of what is wrong in order that the doctor can assess the priority of their visits.
Home visits will be triaged by the clinician prior to booking.
Booking of home visits is encouraged prior to 10am if possible.
