The Mental Health & Emotional Wellbeing services offer emotional, psychological and social wellbeing support.
Musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapy
Physiotherapy helps to restore movement and function when someone is affected by injury, illness or disability. It can also help to reduce your risk of injury or illness in the future. It takes a holistic approach that involves the patient directly in their own care.
Adults, aged 18 or over, in our local area self refer online to get a physio assessment, advice, treatment and education for self management and supervised exercises.
Pharamacy first
Going to your local pharmacy offers an easy and convenient way to get clinical advice on minor health concerns, and now community pharmacies can offer prescription medicine for seven common conditions without patients needing to see a GP, as part of a major transformation in the way the NHS delivers care.
Community pharmacists are highly-skilled, qualified health professionals who have the right clinical training to give people the health advice they need. Patients don't need an appointment and private consultation rooms are available. Pharmacy teams can also signpost to other relevant local services where necessary.
